Shafaq brings more than 05 years of teaching and management experience to Siber Koza. With her excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Turkish and English language, she serves as a lynchpin for coordination between Air University Pakistan (ORIC, Departments) and Siber Koza management at Turkiye. She enables effective interaction between mentors and students by timely arranging meetings with maximum participation. She also plays a primary role in hiring talented HR for Crypttech by identifying qualified youth from leading Universities of Pakistan, short listing them and arranging their interviews with CEO and Senior Management. Shafaq regularly evaluates and documents different activities and compiles reports for management of Siber Koza, Air University and NASTP. With her meticulous hard work, she aims to make Siber Koza a significant entity on the training and startup canvas of Pakistan.
